Zapier, Make or custom code?
Zapier and Make connect thousands of apps, and your team can change a workflow later without a developer, so we use them when the volume is modest and the steps are simple. Both charge by usage (Zapier counts tasks, Make counts operations), so a workflow that runs thousands of times a month can get expensive. For those, and for steps your business cannot afford to lose, we build the integration into your WordPress site or web app instead, where it runs on your own hosting. HubSpot’s free CRM is a sensible place for many Indian small businesses to start keeping leads in one place. We connect your website forms to it, map each field to the right contact property, record the lead source and test that every enquiry arrives once.
How an automation project works
- Map. We list the tasks your team repeats, the tools involved and where the data should end up.
- Scope and quote. You get the workflows in writing, the route for each one (Zapier, Make or custom code) and a fixed price.
- Build and test. We build each workflow and test it with sample data, using the payment gateway’s test mode where payments are involved.
- Hand over. Workflows run on accounts in your name, and you get documentation of each one and what to check if something stops.

The price depends on the number of workflows, the apps involved, whether a ready-made connector exists or custom API code is needed, and how much testing the data needs. Tool subscriptions and payment gateway fees are paid to those providers.
